Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Home Invaded by Intruder

Last Sunday, Oprah Winfrey's exclusive interview with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle finally aired... and it was explosive, to say the least.

Lots of dirt was dished on the royal family and the anger towards them is more apparent than ever before...

But moving on from the interview. The latest news is that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's home has been invaded by an intruder...

Now, it's the interview everyone has been talking about.

Following their controversial departure from the royal family, Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, sat down with Oprah to give their side of the story.

Their 2-hour-long interview aired on CBS on Sunday, March 7th...

And viewers watched on in shock as some mind-blowing allegations were made against the monarchy.

For example...

It was claimed that senior members of the family had refused to get Meghan professional help when she was experiencing suicidal thoughts during her pregnancy with Archie.

Meghan also addressed that incident with her sister-in-law, the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton.

Headlines were made in 2018 when Meghan allegedly "made Kate cry" in a row about bridesmaids' dresses in the days before her and Harry's wedding - well, in her chat with Oprah, Meghan claimed that Kate was the one to make her cry.

Though she did stress that Kate had apologized and that she had "forgiven her."

She also addressed the ongoing issues of racism within the monarchy.

Meghan claimed an unnamed senior member of the Royal family raised "concerns" about how dark Archie's skin would be before his birth.

"In those months when I was pregnant, all around this same time, so we have in tandem the conversation of, 'you won't be given security, not gonna be given a title' and also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he's born."

But Meghan wasn't the only one to spill the royal tea.

Prince Harry himself spoke candidly about his current relationship with his family and how he has been "financially cut off", which initially left him fearing for the future.

Harry explained that he "had to get out", though when he did he was "cut off financially" when he and Meghan needed help the most...

He also added that they've since been relying on his inheritance from Princess Diana.

"I was totally cut off financially. My family cut me off – if I didn't have what my mom left me, we wouldn't have been able to do this."

"All I wanted to do was keep my family safe."

Meghan then insisted that they never had any plans at first to quit the U.K - she said the intention was to "do this forever" and that she told the royal family to "use me as much as you like".

Later in the interview, Oprah asked how the prince thinks the late Princess Diana would have felt about the rifts that drove them to step back from the royal family.

"I think she would feel very angry with how this has panned out, and very sad," Harry said, "But ultimately, all she'd ever want is for us to be happy."

People are still reeling in the aftermath of the shocking allegations made in the interview...

And of course, the majority of the heat has been turned onto one thing and one thing only... the British monarchy.

The monarchy has been slammed for allowing things to get so bad for Meghan and Harry...

And many feel that the true colors of the royal family have well and truly been shown - something that doesn't reflect so great on Her Majesty the Queen, of course!

So, much so...

That The View hosts Sunny Hostin has called for the Queen to issue a public apology to Meghan rather than investigate the bullying accusations made against her last week.

Just for a small recap...

In the weeks building up to Oprah's interview, numerous accusations of bullying were made against Meghan from a couple of years ago, with it being claimed she had driven 2 young female assistants out of the palace with her "vicious behavior."

Buckingham Palace is currently investigating the allegations made against the former royal, according to the BBC.

Well, this demand for an apology hasn't sat well with a lot of royalists...

With many believing that while Meghan's experience was traumatic, the Queen herself actually doesn't have anything to apologise for.

So, what exactly was said about Her Majesty?

"I think they are that concerned — the Firm, the Palace, the royal family — about the Oprah interview to dredge up some allegations from 2 and a half years ago, that she allegedly bullied staff by sending emails at 5 a.m.," Sunny Hostin said in regards to the bullying allegations made against Meghan.

She went on:

"I'm really shocked that rather than trying to mend this rift, rather than supporting Meghan and Harry, who I think removed his wife and his family from England because of the terrible racial hatred that she was subjected to… I'm just surprised that they [the Queen] haven't tried to even apologize for not protecting her more, and instead do this."

And now.

The Queen herself has finally made her first appearance since the huge interview dropped.

In a video call, Her Majesty joined experts and schoolchildren at a virtual event to mark British Science Week.

The call was made on the day after the Royal Family was forced to release a statement responding to the Harry and Meghan's allegations, which included racism and a lack of help for Meghan's mental health struggles.

Buckingham Palace said the 'race issues' were concerning...

And they added that it would all be dealt with privately...

It's very concerning...

Sky's Royal Correspondent explained:

But as we were all still digesting what she had to say, Her Majesty appeared to be enjoying herself learning about the latest mission to Mars.
With a very cheery wave goodbye at the end, she seemed to be in a fantastic mood.

Such strange times we're living in.

But what's the latest Meghan and Harry news?

Well, it's more bad news... The news that their home in Montecito was invaded by an intruder twice over Christmas...

The mansion was breached twice.

The mansion in Southern California was breached twice by the intruder, by the name of Nickolas Brooks.

The first time he was caught he was let off with a warning.

But just two days later he did the same thing all over again. This time he was charged with trespassing.

The intruder drove all the way from Ohio.

It is not known whether the Prince and Meghan were at home when the invasion took place...

Scary stuff...

Let's hope they don't have to deal with anything like this again!
